Our experience with Dr Matthew was an overwhelming moment, he showed such great listening and active skills in solving conflict within our relationship. He understands how to engage with non-bias responses and is able to settle issues between two parties, showing healthier ways in handling situations. He brings in not just listening skills the table but brings in practical activities, such a board games and other physical solution, that can be used outside of the coaching office which gave us a brand new perspective in how we manage our communication not just as a couple but as business partners too.
